  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp curd (thick yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp rice flour (for crispiness)
  • 1 egg (optional, for extra crunch)
  • Fresh curry leaves
  • 2 green chilies (slit)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
