At its heart, Roswods is a social enterprise designed to make food better for people, for the planet, and for the small communities that have sustained culinary heritage for generations. Every spice, herb, and ingredient we offer is sourced with deep respect for the land and the hands that cultivate it."
"Our journey began not in a boardroom, but in conversations with smallholder farmers from the spice fields of Tamil Nadu, to the tea gardens of Sri Lanka, where regenerative practices are still a way of life.
Frustrated by a food system built on exploitation, shortcuts, and disconnection, we committed to something radically different: creating a supply chain rooted in transparency, fairness, and planetary health.
We partnered directly with farming families and groups, paid fair prices, and ensured their wisdom shaped our sourcing. Certifications guide us, but our true commitment lies in sourcing that regenerates land, uplifts communities, and honours tradition."
