Clove-Infused Pear & Honey Compote

Clove-Infused Pear & Honey Compote

A warm, aromatic compote made with gently poached pears, raw honey, and the deep, sweet-spicy notes of Australian Certified Organic Ceylon Cloves. This elegant recipe works beautifully as a breakfast topping, dessert accompaniment, or a soothing winter warmer.

Why cloves?
Ceylon cloves are prized for their fresh aroma, natural sweetness, and low bitterness, making them perfect for slow infusion without overpowering delicate fruits like pear.

  • 4–5 Australian Certified Organic Ceylon Cloves – Aromatic & Fresh
  • 1 small cinnamon stick (optional, for warmth)
  • 1 strip orange peel (optional)
