Ingredients

  • 6-7 big slices of fish, cleaned & washed (use any variety)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder, as needed
  • 4-5 tbsp fish fry masala
  • Water
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  • Marinate fish slices with turmeric powder, fish fry masala and salt to taste. Add little water and marinate well. Let it rest for 1-2 hours.
  • Shallow fry fish slices in enough oil till they get cooked well. Serve warm.
