Ingredients

  • 200g Pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves – finely chopped
  • ½ Onion – finely chopped
  • 1 small Capsicum – diced
  • 1 cup Milk or Cream (as preferred)
  • 1 tbsp All-purpose Flour (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 tsp Roswods Moringa Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • ¼ tsp Chili Flakes (optional for extra spice)
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan or Cheese – as desired
  • Fresh Herbs (basil or parsley) – for garnish

Steps

  • Cook the Pasta - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Saute the Base - Heat olive oil or butter in a pan. Add garlic and onions, and sauté until golden.
  • Add Vegetables - Toss in diced capsicum or any veggies of choice (broccoli, spinach, mushrooms). Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Create the Creamy Sauce - Add flour and mix well. Slowly pour in milk or cream, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Add the Moringa & Spice Kick - Stir in Roswods Moringa Powder, Black Pepper, and chili flakes. Mix well until the sauce takes on a beautiful green hue and rich aroma.
